江苏航运职业技术学院

江苏航运职业技术学院是一所经江苏省人民政府批准设置的全日制普通高等学校。学校坐落于风景秀丽的长三角地区宜居花园城市，著名的“体育之乡”“教育之乡”“建筑之乡”“长寿之乡”――江苏省南通市。学校隶属于江苏省交通运输厅，前身是1960年创办的江苏省南通河运学校，1979年开始向海上运输专业教育转型，1989年更名为江苏省南通航运学校，1996年被确立为全国首批高职教学班试点学校，2000年升格为南通航运职业技术学院，2020年更为现名。航海工匠精神穿越时空，航海职业教育薪火相传。60多年来，一代又一代航院人坚守著名教育家张謇先生关于航海教育的理念――“自勉自奋，祁通中西”的校训，从这里奔赴海洋。

　　学校在国内高等职业院校中享有较高的声誉，具有较高的学术地位，是中国特色高水平高职学校建设单位、国家优质高职院校、首批国家示范（骨干）高职院校、首批全国交通职业教育示范院校、首批江苏省示范性高职院校、首批江苏省高水平高职院校建设单位，是全国航海职教集团理事长单位、中国交通职业教育研究会职教分会理事长单位、江苏省航海学会常务副理事长（法人）单位、江苏省郑和研究会理事长单位，在综合实力、就业质量、国际影响、服务贡献、教学资源、学生满意度等方面10次荣膺“全国50强”。

　　学校坚持“立足交通、服务地方，面向全国，走向世界”的办学定位，紧紧围绕“交通强国”“海洋强国”“航运强国”“长三角一体化”等国家发展战略设置专业，以为综合交通运输体系建设输送高质量高素质技术技能人才为办学宗旨，形成了“以水上交通运输类专业为主体，陆上交通类专业和航空类专业为两翼，各专业协调发展”的专业布局。拥有国家特色高水平专业群建设点1个、国家骨干高职院校重点专业4个、国家骨干专业9个、全国交通运输类示范专业点3个、中央财政支持提升专业服务产业发展能力重点专业2个，在全国高职院校中独树一帜。

　　学校校园占地面积近1000亩，校舍建筑面积达35万多平方米。建有6个国家级职业教育实训基地、14个省级职业教育实训基地、6个南通市重点实验室；建有江苏省船舶工程技术研究开发中心等省市级科技服务机构10余个；建有40多个校内实训基地、200多个校外实习就业基地；与企业合作共建有“海澜之舟”“长阳门”“长春门”3条生产性教学实习船。

　　学校现有全日制普通教育学生近12000人，成人学历教育在校生3700多人，设有航海技术、轮机工程、船舶与海洋工程、运输管理与经济、交通工程、智能制造与信息、人文艺术等7个二级学院和马克思主义学院、基础教学部两个公共课教学单位，共开设专业40个。学校按照ISO9001质量标准、国家海事局和挪威船级社质量管理规则，建立与运行了教育质量管理体系和培训质量管理体系，并取得质量体系证书。  2020年，学校特色化质量体系诊断与改进案例，被教育部评为“全国高职院校教学诊改优秀典型案例”。    

　　学校现有专任教师468人，其中正高级职称人员60人，高级职称人员比例超过50%，具有硕士及以上学位人员比例达75.2%，专业教师“双师”素质比例达81.8%。学校有一大批高层次高职教育领军人才，其中国务院特殊津贴获得者3名，全国交通高职教育专业带头人5名，全国交通职业教育教学名师4名，江苏省高等学校教学名师3名，江苏工匠10名，江苏省交通运输系统教学名师21名，南通市高校教学名师12名，江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”高层次人才12人，江苏省高校“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人12名，江苏省技术能手12人，江苏省交通系统“100人才工程”人选等其他各级各类优秀人才60多名。拥有国家级职业教育教师教学团队1个，江苏省优秀教学团队7个，江苏省科技创新团队6个。学校专业教师积极参加国家重大项目与工程，1人参加了亚丁湾护航，6人参加了国家南北极科考，2人次参加南海岛礁吹填项目。

　　学校教育教学改革成绩突出，牵头建成了国家教学资源库1个，牵头制定了轮机工程技术、船舶机械工程技术、水路运输与海事管理、港口机械与自动控制、港口与航道工程技术等5个国家专业教学标准；拥有国家精品在线开放课程、课程思政示范课程等6门，省级在线开放课程、课程思政示范课程、英文授课精品课程等29门；2014年、2018年，连续两届荣获国家教学成果一等奖，是全国交通高职院校唯一的双冠王；2021年两部教材分别荣获首届全国教材建设奖一等奖、二等奖。

　　学校设有“国家职业技能鉴定所”“交通运输部全国交通运输行业职业技能鉴定站”“教育部教育管理信息中心南通培训基地”“中国海事服务中心南通培训基地”“江苏省航道技能人才教育培训基地”“江苏省海员培训中心”“上海交通大学网络学院南通远程学习中心”“江苏省退役军人个性化培训承训基地”等培训机构（基地）。年职业培训规模达2万人次以上。

　　学校广泛开展国际交流活动，深入开展中外合作办学项目，积极探索教育国际化的创新之路，是全球航海教育与培训联合会会员单位，6个专业实施留学生教育，在“一带一路”倡议下服务企业走出去，合作共建了“中新（南通）国际海事培训中心”跨境校企共同体实体，在缅甸、柬埔寨等国家建立了境外“鲁班工坊”，目前已和美国、加拿大、德国、英国、新加坡、印度、马来西亚、澳大利亚等20多个国家和地区的30多所高校建立了良好的校际合作交流关系。

　　学校积极实施“双向四段”“三层六段厂校一体”“虚实交替”等人才培养模式，深化校企合作、产教融合，努力培养高素质技术技能人才，积极服务于地方社会经济发展，是国家“1+X”证书制度试点院校，毕业生就业率始终保持在98%以上，就业质量高、就业对口率高，连续四次被评为江苏省高校毕业生就业工作先进集体，并被评为全国毕业生就业工作典型经验50强高校。三年来，航院学子在各类国赛、省赛上获一等奖60项；2019年，在第五届中国海员技能大比武上斩获全国院校组团体总冠军；2021年，在第七届中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛全国总决赛上荣获金奖；在人才培养创新方面，学校一直走在全国航海职业教育的最前列。

Jiangsu Shipping  College (hereinafter referred to as college) is a full-time college of higher  learning approved by the Government of Jiangsu Province. Founded in 1960, the  college is attached to the Transportation Department of Jiangsu Province.  College is located in Nantong, a livable garden city in the Yangtze River delta  area. Nantong, situated in the north wing of Sutong Bridge, is well-known as  Sports Town, Education Town, Architecture Town and Longevity Town. College is  qualified for the national high-quality higher vocational colleges, the first  batch of national key vocational colleges, nationwide model colleges of  transportation vocational education, the first model colleges in Jiangsu  Province, the construction unit of higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu  Province, the national top 50 colleges with typical experience of graduates’  employment, the national top 50 vocational colleges of services contribution,  the top 50 higher vocational colleges with international influence, the national  top 50 higher vocational colleges with teaching resources, the top 50 higher  vocational colleges with competitiveness in China,the national top 50 colleges  with the comprehensive satisfaction of higher vocational students,and the top  higher vocational colleges with great influence in Asia-Pacific vocational  colleges.

Adhering to the  orientation of serve local based on transportation and facing the Nation and  going to the world, the college sets up majors closely focusing on the national  development strategies such as the integration of  transportation, ocean,  shipping and Yangtza River Delta. It has formed a professional layout with the  majors of water transportation as the main body, the majors of road and aviation  transportation as the supporting. At present, it owns four key construction  majors in national backbone Vocational College, nine national key specialties,  three nationwide transportation demonstration specialty locations and two key  specialties supported by central finance to improve the development ability of  professional service industry. And it has already become one of the unique in  the National Higher Vocational Colleges.

Jiangsu Shipping  College covers an area of nearly 1000 mu, with a building area of more than  360000 square meters.There  are 6 national vocational education training bases, 14 provincial vocational  education training bases and 3 Nantong key laboratories. The college has 13  provincial and municipal science ＆ technology service institutions, such as  Jiangsu Ship Engineering Technology Research ＆ Development Center. There are  more than 40 campus training bases and more than 200 off campus internship and  employment bases. 3 production teaching practice ships named Ocean Boat,  Changyang Gate and Changchun Gate are built in cooperation with  enterprises.

The college has  nearly 12000 students in full-time education and more than 3700 students in  adult education.There are  7 schools with 40 majors, including Navigation ,Marine Engineering,Naval  Architecture and Ocean Engineering,Transportation Management and  Economics,Transportation 　Engineering,Intelligent Manufacturing and Information  Technology,Arts and Humanities. In addition, there are two public teaching units  including School of Marxism and Department of Liberal Studies.The college has established an  Education Quality Management System in accordance with ISO9001:2015 quality  standard. Moreover, the training quality management system has passed the  certification audit of det Norske Veritas.

The college now  has 468 full-time teachers, 60 of whom are senior professional  titles,accounting for   50% of the teaching staff. The proportion of people with master's  degree or above is 75.2%, and the proportion of double-qualified teachers is 81.8.%. The College also boasts of a large number of high-level vocational  education talents, including 3 state council special allowance  winners, 5 national academic leaders of   vocational education, 3national teaching masters award winners,3 provincial teaching masters  award winners, 1craftsman in Jiangsu Province , 21 teaching masters in the transportation systems of Jiangsu province, 12 teaching masters in  universities of  Nantong, Jiangsu province, 12 high-level  talents selected for  333 high-level personnel  training project, 12  middle-aged and young  academic leaders for  the blue  project in universities  , and more than 60 outstanding faculty  members ranking among “100  talents project”candidates  in transportation system  ofThere are 6 excellent teaching teams  and 6 scientific and technological innovation teams at the provincial level. The professional teachers  have  actively participated in major national projects . One teacher participated in the escort mission in  the gulf of Aden, four teachers participated in the national arctic  and Antarctic research, and two teachers participated in the reclamation of  islands and reefs in the south China sea.

Our college has  made outstanding achievements in educational reform. It has made teaching  standards for the following majors: marine engineering, ship mechanic  engineering, water transportation and maritime management, port mechanic and  automatic, port and waterway engineering.

It has five  national quality courses, quality resource sharing courses, quality online open  courses. It also has 31 courses including provincial quality courses and online  open courses and English teaching quality courses.

In 2014 and 2018,  the college won the first prize of national teaching achievement for two  consecutive times, and it is the only school who won double crown of national  transportation vocational colleges.

The college has  national vocational skills appraisal institute, national vocational skills  appraisal station of the Ministry of transport, Nantong training base of  Education Management Information Center of the Ministry of education, Nantong  training base of China Maritime Service Center, Jiangsu channel skilled  personnel education and training base, Jiangsu seafarer training center, Nantong  distance learning of Network College of Shanghai Jiaotong University Learning  Center and other training institutions (bases). The annual short-term vocational  training scale is more than 20000 person times.

The college  enjoys a high reputation in domestic higher vocational colleges and has a high  academic status.It is the  chairman unit of the National Navigation Vocational Education Group, the  chairman unit of the Vocational Education Branch of the China Institute of  Communications Education, the executive vice chairman unit of the Jiangsu  Navigation Institute, and chairman unit of the Zhenghe Research Association of  Jiangsu Province.

The College  emphasizes academic international exchange and cooperation, actively carrying  out Sino-foreign education cooperative projects and exploring the road to  innovation in education internationalization. The College is a member of Global  Maritime Education and Training Institution (GMET), and recruits international  students in four majors. It has establishedtheCross-borderschool-enterprisecommunity “Sino-Singapore (Nantong)  International Maritime Training Institute” with international cooperation  partners, and also established the overseas “Luban Workshop” in Myanmar,  Cambodia and other countries. The college also has established good inter-school  cooperation and exchange relationships with more than 30 universities in more  than 20 countries and regions, such as the United States, Canada, Germany, the  United Kingdom, Singapore, India, Malaysia and Australia.
